CCNA Exam Prep is an online study platform offering practice questions, adaptive learning, simulated exams, analytics, and study plans to help you prepare for the Cisco CCNA 200-301 certification exam. The Service is an independent study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and features are described on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our materials are intended to support your preparation but do not guarantee that you will pass the CCNA 200-301 exam. Actual exam content and outcomes are determined solely by Cisco. Pass-probability estimates are informational only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCNA Exam Prep and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCNA Exam Prep operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
